Is there an option to add blur effect to background screen?

Hey friends,

I wanted to know if there is any way I can add a blu effect to the background or to entire screen so that I can bring a highlight to a layer as a selected section.

Please help and thanks!

Thank you for your suggestion. We haven’t supported the Blur effect yet, but we have it on our pipeline. By the way, can you provide us with an example of the design you want with this blur effect?

In the meantime, we’d suggest the opacity/ transparent effect as an alternative :star_struck:. You can open the color dropdown of rectangle/ container element and adjust the opacity slider, or you can select Quick styles preset “Overlay” for quick access. Kindly see the video demo below.
